Terms of Service

These Terms of Service («Terms») govern your access to and use of https://air-obd.com (the «Site»), our web dashboard at airobd.eu.biz.ua, and the AIR OBD physical devices (the «Products»), all operated by UAB EUSPRO, registered in Lithuania («we», «us», «EUSPRO»).

By using the Site or buying a Product, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site or buy our Products.

The Product consists of two role-fixed devices (Master and Slave) that establish a peer-to-peer link between any vehicle’s OBD2 port and any compatible diagnostic tool, over the public internet.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are an EU consumer (purchasing for purposes outside your trade or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason.

7. Warranty

All AIR OBD devices come with a 2 year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery, in addition to the legal conformity warranty under EU Directive 2019/771.

8. Use of the device on vehicles

The AIR OBD bridge transparently passes data between your diagnostic tool and the vehicle. The actual diagnostic, coding, or programming actions are performed by your tool, not by AIR OBD. You are solely responsible for ensuring:

EUSPRO is not liable for damage to the vehicle, ECU, or any connected component caused by user actions taken through the bridge.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, code, firmware) is the property of UAB EUSPRO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. The names «AIR OBD», «EUSPRO», «FAYTON», and «SOLARSAN» are registered trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our content or software without our prior written permission.

The Site uses or links to third-party services (Stripe for payments, Google Analytics, Telegram and WhatsApp for support). Each third party is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for content, practices, or availability of third-party sites.

11. Disclaimer

The Site, dashboard, and Products are provided «as is» and «as available». To the maximum extent permitted by law and without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site or the bridge service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UAB EUSPRO, its officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claim arising from (a) your use of the Site or Products, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, postal carrier failures, or major internet outages.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our practices or products change. The «Effective» date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site or Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable EU consumer law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings there.
