Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how UAB EUSPRO (the company behind AIR OBD) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit https://air-obd.com, place an order, or use the AIR OBD device. We follow EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Lithuanian law.
We collect only what we need to ship your device and support you. We don’t sell your data. Stripe handles payments. Google Analytics measures visits. You can reach us anytime at info@air-obd.com to view, correct, or delete the data we hold about you.

2. What data we collect
2.1 Data you give us
- Order data — first name, last name, shipping address, country, ZIP/postal code, email, phone (collected by Stripe Checkout when you buy).
- Support communication — messages you send via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp.
- Account data — if you sign in to the AIR OBD dashboard at airobd.eu.biz.ua: email, hashed password, paired device identifiers, session metadata.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referrer, time on page, basic interaction events.
- Session logs — when you use the AIR OBD bridge (Master ↔ Slave), the server records timing, reconnects, errors, and disconnections for the duration of the active session.
- Cookies — see Section 5.
3. Why we use your data (lawful basis)
We process personal data only when we have a lawful basis under Article 6 GDPR.
- Performance of a contract — to ship your device, manage your account, run the bridge, and provide support.
- Legal obligation — to issue invoices, retain accounting records, comply with VAT and tax laws.
- Legitimate interest — to keep the website and dashboard secure, prevent fraud, improve our service, and (rarely) contact you about updates relevant to a product you bought.
- Consent — for non-essential analytics and marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share data with
We use a small number of trusted processors who handle data on our behalf and are bound by data-processing agreements:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and VAT calculation.
- Google LLC — web analytics (Google Analytics 4) and Google Ads conversion tracking.
- Postal carriers — for international delivery of physical devices.
- Hosting providers — for the website and dashboard.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data with public authorities only when legally required.
5. Cookies and tracking
The website uses only the cookies needed to operate properly and to count anonymous visits.
- Essential cookies — remember that you accepted the cookie banner. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation.
- Conversion cookies — Google Ads, set when you click an order button.
You can clear cookies anytime from your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not break any feature.
6. How long we keep your data
- Order and invoicing records — 10 years (Lithuanian accounting law).
- Support correspondence — up to 3 years after the last interaction.
- Account data — while your account is active, plus 12 months after deletion request, then anonymised.
- Bridge session logs — 30 days, then deleted.
- Analytics data — up to 14 months.
7. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you (right of access).
- Correct inaccurate data (right to rectification).
- Have your data deleted (right to erasure / “right to be forgotten”).
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format (right to data portability).
- Lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

8. International data transfers
Some of our processors (Stripe, Google) may store data outside the EU. They do so under EU–approved Standard Contractual Clauses or comparable safeguards. We do not transfer data to jurisdictions without an adequacy decision unless one of these safeguards is in place.
9. Children’s privacy
The website and product are aimed at automotive professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use HTTPS site-wide, store passwords as salted hashes, and limit access to personal data to staff who need it for support or fulfilment. No system is 100% secure; in the event of a breach affecting your data we will notify you within 72 hours of detection, as required by GDPR Article 33.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices change. The “Effective” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and, if you have an account, by email.
