This Privacy Policy explains how UAB EUSPRO (the company behind AIR OBD) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit https://air-obd.com, place an order, or use the AIR OBD device. We follow EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Lithuanian law.

8. International data transfers

Some of our processors (Stripe, Google) may store data outside the EU. They do so under EU–approved Standard Contractual Clauses or comparable safeguards. We do not transfer data to jurisdictions without an adequacy decision unless one of these safeguards is in place.

9. Children’s privacy

The website and product are aimed at automotive professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use HTTPS site-wide, store passwords as salted hashes, and limit access to personal data to staff who need it for support or fulfilment. No system is 100% secure; in the event of a breach affecting your data we will notify you within 72 hours of detection, as required by GDPR Article 33.

We may update this policy when our practices change. The “Effective” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and, if you have an account, by email.
